What happens when a German client trusts an Indian design team with millimeter level precision?

You get a project that feels more like a heist movie than construction work.

A 100 year old German precision manufacturer with 12 verticals in India gave us the opportunity to design & build their 600 sqm office in a manufacturing plant in chakan, just before COVID.

Now, Germans are famously known for 3 things:

Quality

Timely execution

Cost accuracy

…and also, no design frills unless they’re part of the brand manual 

So what did we do?

We flipped the script.

𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐧 we Proposed a bold 80:20 offsite to onsite execution strategy (because site work = delays)

3D scanned the site & built a hyper detailed BIM model. Flew to China to handpick modular materials that would fit into the model with MM accuracy & Created a plug n play design: magnetic vinyl flooring, grid ceilings, fabric ducts, partitions, puff panels, modular furniture you name it…

For 40 days, the site barely had any activity apart from wet works.

Client watched. Waited. Trusted.

Then on Day 41 — 𝐁𝐀𝐌!

The container arrived.

And in just 2 weeks, the entire site was live and operational. Like magic.

Brand colours? Just four:

White, Grey, Black & LOGO Blue.

Design brief?

Monotone + Minimalism.

Challenge? HUGE.

Fun? Even bigger.

And to wrap it all up:

We delivered a computational handover model mapping everything cables, panels, plumbing, replacement timelines, product brands, origin you could literally zoom into the floor and see where wires were laid.

This wasn’t just a project.

It was a German grade precision thriller set in India, with a modular twist.
