ABOUT JAD STUDIO
JAD Studio Founded and led by Amit Jadav who has successfully completed his studies from University of Arts London, United Kingdom & had practiced in one of the studio in London itself to understand the quality of project, work, management. JAD Studio has evolved as a multidisciplinary practice with a rapidly growing eclectic portfolio of projects comprising institutional buildings, colleges, corporate offices, Auditoriums, banks, restaurants, and even Residential Projects.
A young practice represents the vanguard of future-forward design in India & UK. The essence of our way is to address the fundamentals through intense programming, offer solutions that balance wit and wisdom, keep it fresh and never lose the visual appeal. The focus is always on the context, the constraints and the opportunity that a project presents. We like to create designs that maximize the positive impact of design on the environment, use appropriate technologies & materials and source labour locally.

INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In JAD Studio we believe that Interior should provide a seamless experience over all. The starting point is to gain an understanding of a client's needs and the way in which a sequence of spaces will be used. Our team has created interiors that span the spectrum from private houses to offices; from Bank to institutional buildings. The quality of light, the choice of materials, the use of color, and the selection of furnishings and works of art are coordinated as part of the overall scheme; and each element involves the same process of questioning and refinement as the building itself.
The Project Management service is in-house management expertise, allowing JAD Studio to achieve & deliver the lifecycle of a project – from concept, through construction to Handover. The activities involves & include service-consultant, budgeting and cost management; resource & contract management and administration, helping clients and multi-disciplinary teams around the world to define, plan, monitor and deliver a project on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
SUSTAINABILITY & DESIGN SERVICE / RESEARCH
Sustainability has been a central theme of JAD Studio work. To remain at the forefront of advances in sustainable design, our Research and Development Group includes a multi-disciplinary Sustainability Forum and dedicated Sustainability coordinators. We consider environmental performance holistically: from the embodied energy of materials to life-time energy performance. In many of our projects, we have pioneered renewable energy solutions.
Our design decisions are always informed by detailed analysis. We invest in innovation and have been at the forefront in developing new design tools. Over a period of time we have pioneered technological advances in our working methods, and worked closely with industry to develop the application of new materials and construction techniques in individual projects around the world. Our commitment to research into sustainable environments has allowed us to bring our expertise to bear on an unprecedented range of projects, at a variety of scales; and our post-occupancy research allows us to refine design solutions to ensure long-term flexibility.
